# Vista general de REST API

## Capacidades de API REST / API pública

GeoDin no ofrece actualmente una API REST pública; la integración se basa principalmente en Archivo y en complementos - ver el [API COM](/geodin-desktop/es/integraciones-y-complementos/overview-1.md).

Las Bases de datos Cliente-servidor de SQL Server son compatibles como backend - la Conexión al base de datos Signo de conexión debe configurarse por el equipo de TI del Cliente (documentado en el manual).

GeoDin Onsite no tiene servidor/API nativo y no puede hablar directamente a un servidor GeoDin; Todo el proceso de integración con la oficina de Volver es basada en Archivo a través de GeoDin ML y carpetas compartidas.
