## Datenschutz & Eigentum

GeoDin greift nicht auf Kundendaten zu; Datenbesitz und Datenschutz sind zentrale Prinzipien.

Der Kunde kontrolliert, wo Daten gespeichert werden (lokal, auf einem Server vor Ort oder in der Cloud) und wer Zugriff hat.

In GeoDin eingegebene Daten sind nicht sichtbar für die Muttergesellschaft oder zu anderen Kunden; die Plattform arbeitet unabhängig.

GeoDin anonymisiert oder verkauft Kundendaten nicht.

NDA-Vereinbarungen sind für Kunden verfügbar, die sensible Daten des Projekts während der Konfiguration oder der API-Entwicklung teilen müssen; übliche NDA-Vorlagen werden bereitgestellt, oder Kunden können ihre eigenen verwenden.

Kunden können GeoDin in einer abgeriegelten Unternehmensumgebung ohne Internetzugang betreiben - Laufzeittelemetrie oder Dateiübertragungen von GeoDin-Mitarbeitern in das Kundennetzwerk sind in solchen Setups blockiert.
